R. Travis Snider
Mr. Snider's practice is primarily focused on personal injury, civil litigation, criminal defense and appeals. He has successfully handled a broad range of cases including: both state and federal appeals, criminal defense, business and commercial litigation, family law, and personal injury.

He has notable appellate experience including the precedent setting case in the Minnesota Supreme Court, Gradjelick v. Hance, 646 N.W.2d 225 (Minn. 2002), which established a new Plaintiff’s cause of action in premises liability cases.

Mr. Snider also has extensive experience representing clients in criminal cases ranging from misdemeanor offenses to serious felonies in state and federal court.

Prior to establishing Snider Law Firm, Ltd., Mr. Snider developed a successful litigation practice at the Minneapolis law firm Birrell & Newmark, Ltd. He also clerked at the Hennepin County Public Defender's office and the Legal Aid Society.

He is a member of the Minnesota and Hennepin County Bar Associations, and also represents his neighborhood as an elected representative on the Snelling Hamline Community Council.
